Born in the land of a thousand hills, our products pass through many hands before reaching yours. Each step shapes livelihoods, landscapes, and local systems, guided by a responsibility to honor what sustains them and strengthen it in return. We work directly with smallholder farmers who grow the ingredients at the start of this journey, building close, transparent relationships so the value created does not stop at the final product. Each purchase strengthens farmer incomes and supports the people who process, produce, and bring these products to market.
That commitment shows up in action. To date, we have planted 1,700 native trees, trained 58 families in soapmaking and basic business skills, recycled over 500 litres of waste oil, and reached more than 300 children through conservation education and WASH programmes.

Everything we make begins in the land, and how we treat it determines everything that follows.

Behind every product are people whose skills, labour, and dignity deserve to be valued, not hidden.
We take responsibility for how our products affect land, materials, and communities long after they leave our hands.

At Ngozi, we believe beauty is more than skincare—it's a celebration of culture, community, and conscious choices. Rooted in African traditions and crafted with integrity, every product is a testament to our commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainable practices, and empowering women.
